Delivery Driver had no licence

Driver delivered food to the office. In order to enter the office Park, you need to possess a drivers' licence. The driver could not enter our office Park and sat arguing that I need to come and collect the food at the gate of the office Park which is far. I ordered delivery for a reason and this is unacceptable. The store needs to address the licenceless driver. My food came late and it came cold as the driver decided to walk. I'm utterly disgusted in which the business conducted itself. The manager was of no use in this matter as well.
