Crazy waiting time for an empty shop

We drove all the way from Magaliesburg to have their sushi special at the Clearwater branch, we sat down and decided on what we were going to order…. The waitress came to take the order and when we said that we want sushi we were told that we were going to wait 35+min (because they were busy) there were only 3 customers in the restaurant! Surely if you run a special and you know that you are going to be busy, have the right amount of staff to be able to serve your 3 clients!!!
