CLEARWATER SIMPLY ASIA :(

I absolutely love Simply Asia and not all store experiences will be perfect, so I am usually a very understanding buyer. This experience however cannot go unaddressed. I arrived to this clearwater branch at 10:55, having driven there 3KMs away, knowing that I will have to wait for 5-10min minute before my order could be taken, since the store opens at 11am. When I inquired with the cleaning lady/waiter at 11:15, she said they were busy with stock-taking and she was cleaning. Eventually they place my order 10min later, and I wait another 15min. I leave, and as I got to the office, I realized that though I paid for #514 Beef, I was given chicken + I don't eat silver/white onions, so I had requested those to not be added - but there they were in their multitudes! What an terrible experience.
