Chaos & missleading

I am highly annoyed....... I download your App. I find a restaurant close by as you indicate. I choose food and place the order. THEN AFTER I place the order your tells me I must go COLLECT my food!!! I though you would deliver like all the other restaurants?? How can you only tell me this after I order?? I then get an sms about my order with the store phone number. I call this number and the lady who answers tells me I couldn’t of placed an order because the store is still closed!!!!! However the money is already deducted from my bank account!!!! ***.....
