Bland food bland service!

Mall of Africa branch: The 1 star was literally for the sushi. But overall. Horrible service. I phone ordered to collect my food. Told it was a 20 min wait I went after 25 minutes. Waited an hour! Only to get horrible noodles. 514 I asked for medium. It wasn’t even mild. Bland as ever! 622 also no flavour. Watery !? So very very disappointed. Definitely not up to standard. The sad part is I’ve been craving it for months and got such a bad experience. There’s no one in the front desk to help. They were very rude when asked to check for my order as they wanted to book more orders. Very unhappy with it.
