Bad service

<p>I would like to bring this to your attention. This is the second time i went to your store in tableview and got bad service. The first time i thought its just a bad day but second time around its bad service. Last night i went for a take out i was told when i got there is a 30 wait as they are busy i accepted and waited. Sitting there people who came after me ordered take away and got there food in 20 min im still sitting then a couple wanted a sit down they where told the same thing its a 30 min wait they still sat down ... 15 min they have food now i been there 45 min waiting for a take out next another couple come in and 15 min they have food. At this point i ask the waiter was it better for me to have sit down since i been here 60 min 3 take out orders and 2 sit downs have been served. At this point i call for the manger she made a half harted apology and i had to wait again 15 min later i have food ... i spent a hour and 15 min and everybody ells got there orders in under 20min the previous time the same happened. Now to me it seems certain part of the nation gets preference at this store since they only wait 20 min and i overheard they regulars so is this how your store conducts business. How do u gain new customers by treating them ill and your regulars get first classs service all the time.</p>
