Bad customer service
I ordered my favourite meal today at Simply Asia #504 Phad Thai. They were out of Tofu and out of bean sprouts, yet I was charged full price R69. I feel, I should have received a discount on my meal. How can I be charged full price, if there are ingredients missing?? <br> To put the cherry on the cake, I wait 45 minutes for my meal, got back to the office only to find, what was in the box (meal #514) was not what I ordered!!!! <br>
