Bad customer service

A group of us visited your branch in Pinelands. When I asked for my 2nd glass of water, the waitress brought a plastic jug to the table and refilled my glass. After asking for another glass of water, the waitress proceeded to bring the same plastic jug to the table for us to use. I've never been served out of a plastic jug at any restaurant ever. The jug itself was old, with the plastic pealing and not very appetizing. To make matters worse, the manager came around to ask if everything was ok, we paused with obvious hesitation...... said yes everything was ok (we were in a rush) and she quickly walked away without investing our hesitation. The entire experience was very unprofessional, which makes us very hesitant to visit the restaurant again.
