Appauled and left hungry by managers arrogance on a Valentines evening!!!!!

I made a booking at the Liberty Mall branch for 7.30pm..arrived at 7.30pm and placed an order at 7.40pm..at 8.30pm our order was still not ready.. 6 tables of customers came in after me and received their food within 15 minutes.. I requested my bill as I was no longer interested in eating there, only to be approached by the rudest manager I have ever come across.. The manager raised his voice and said in a rude harsh tone, "listen ma'am we are all humans just like you and we are trying our best to do what we can".. I was stunned at the tone of his high pitched arggresive voice.. I asked him if that's the way he speaks to his unhappy customers.. The manager was unable to void the meal on the bill for me to just pay for the drinks that I did not yet finish, and even that was a wait.. I'm appauled by the managers choice of words and approach, considering it was a Valentines evening!!!!..
