Appalling service
So my friends and I decided to eat at Simply Asia Woodlands in Bloemfontein. We were seated and our order was taken. We had no issues. During the meal, we kept calling the waiter to assist us but he told us to wait. We were the only customers in the shop with all the staff available but no one decided to help us. So we had to wait at the waiters leisure.
What we ordered did not coincide with the bill and the waiter remained quiet until we pointed it out and he said 'whoops guys my bad I forgot', but this happened while we were trying to figure out where the extra R80 came. Furthermore, we asked for our food to be given as take away and in the heat of the moment we forgot about it. Our waiter did not give us our take away and watched us happily walk off.
