<p>They promise that sushi is half price on Mondays to Thursdays between 12h00 and 16h00. You go there for the special and they tell you that its not valid on public holidays. This was on none of the advertising for the special (see attached picture)</p>

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately I don't agree with your response. You do state that terms and conditions apply BUT this is an important point which should be shown on the advertising material and not hidden away under a generic catch all phrase
