4th time unlucky

<p>Me, my sister and mum went for lunch at Simply Asia Honeycrest ( off Beyer Naude) this afternoon.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The prawns in the tempura prawn surprice were raw. </p> <p>2. I send back my lunch 3 times. I ordered the prawn and calamari chill paste MILD , it arrived very very hot. </p> <p>First time they just threw it around in the wok and replated it in the same bowl.</p> <p>Second time I send it back the Manager came over and made a joke about having new Thai chefs and they dont know the difference between hot and (his words) F*%cken hot. - I then said please leave the chilli paste if they dont know the difference</p> <p>3rd time it arrives - no chilly - prawns still very raw and very angry looks from the kitchen.</p> <p>manager comes over again telling us a story of a guest he had at a boutique hotel who was unhappy with a steak and then the 4th time he took a rare steak with a candle and told him to cook it himself</p> <p>4th time - I could eat my lunch, no chill paste</p> <p>We ask for the bill, which the manager brings - and we are actually charged for my lunch - with the same stupid so who is gonna pay the damage joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband and I always eat at Simply Asia and I always order the same dish. 614. </p> <p> </p> <p>Really bad service and useless manager.</p>
