2nd Time Bad Service !!!!!

Good day , <br> <br> Yesterday I visited Simply Asia in Zevenwatcht mall, Kuils River <br> <br> Myself and my colleague ordered our meals 20 minutes before arriving at the store , when we arrive we had to place our order again , we waited about 25 Minutes for our food . :( after we arrived at the store . By the time we arrived at work lunch was over . The manager never apologized , and the staff had no care in the world that we had ordered earlier <br> <br> This is the second time in a 3 week period that i am experiencing bad service from this store , the same thing happened about 2 weeks ago<br> <br> Also , i ordered a meal no . 318 which costs R48 and a strawberry juice , my bill was incorrect , and the Manager swiped R102 on my debit card , i was not refunded <br> <br> I am really upset and will definitely be complaining about this matter again !!!! :( <br> <br> Feedback would be appreciated :(<br>
