Poor service

My wifi keep on dropping and the wifi speed is slow So I did report it and no feedback for a month The service is very poor there is a whatsapp group but no one bothers to come back to you The email the same They keep on telling me to unplug my router I need to do it 5 times a day I AM FEDUP FOR THE POOR SERVICE
