Lack of Service

We have been locked out of our account for over 2 weeks. Sent numerous emails and messages on their chat. No response on emails at all. No customer service. On the chat you get told they cannot give a time frame when you can even access your account. Cant do payroll or any EMP filing. A company that really doesn't care about its customers.Worst service ever!
