Worst quality at high price

<p>Bought a queen size bed 7 yrs ago. It was the top of the range and paid R20k then. Mattress is totally broken and unusable. Simmons management said they will fix it if I pay R13****!! Worst quality and worst after sales service that I have ever seen. Will never spend another cent on any Simmons product.</p>
