Simmons Painfulrest...Don't do it...be warned

Bought a Simmons 'Beautyrest' a couple of years ago. I propose they change the name to Simmons Painfulrest. If nothing else that will atleast give fair warning. My wife and I are both suffering severe back pain in the mornings, after what was supposed to be a 'Beautyrest'. We've logged multiple calls without any successful service. The latest feedback is that we need to pay R9K to have the mattress repaired.

As soon as I have enough money saved up I will go burn the Mattress at Dial a Bed where I bought it.

For now I will sleep on the floor, trying to avoid a back operation.
