SIMMONS MATTRESS - A NIGHTMARE

Although the top of the range back care mattress has been faulty for 4 years in a row now, Simmons still cannot repair it to deliver a good nights rest. They sent their inspector today, 7 Jan 2020 and we dont meet the sink criteria of 4cm. Our mattress measured 2.5cm. This apparently falls within the normal wear of a mattress and does not warrant repair. This is in less than 6 months from the last "repair" My wife and I lay down for less than 5 minutes and both our backs start paining. Our backs are 100% throughout the day.

Naturally there is a fault in the mattress, reason why it has been sent back 3 times and still they cannot fix the problem. Simmons refuses to replace but to repair. Acceptable, provided the mattress can be repaired but they are failing to repair the mattress, 3 times in a row, 4th time coming soon. In a nutshell, dont buy Simmons because they do not sell dreams, they sell nightmares. Dealing with Simmons is worse than having a tooth pulled without anesthetic.
