Simmons Mattress

After reading all these negative reviews , I am also very disappointed in the purchase of a Simmons mattress from dial a bed Port Elizabeth just over 2 years and now have to pay in over R3000 to have the mattress replaced. I will never purchase another Simmons bed in the future and also inform all my friends & family about this inferior product and pathetic after sales service. I will also inform the major retailers in Port Elizabeth who I do most of my business with about this . You can call me on *** should you consider looking into this matter , failing to do so I will be escalating this matter to the ombudsman.
