Simmons Beds - NOT made to last

Paid a ton of money for a king size bed. Lasted less than 3 years and now Simmons makes it sound as if they're doing us a favor by charging a "reduced" price of R2600 to have it repaired. Maybe they should make beds that actually last as long as they say it will. Said part is that we really take care of our mattress by making sure that we adhere to all the rotation rules etc., so definitely not user created wear and tear..
