Simmons bed warrantee a myth!

I am a pensioner and bought a very expensive matras with a 30 year warrantee. My expectation was to pay R24 000 and be sure it will last me till the end if my life.

Got a suprize! The bed looks like a wave. And Simmons spotted a little stain on. The mayras, covered with a protector 24/7, and refused to replace it. Can a little stain cause a king size bed to wave? The bed sleeps totally different in the middle, where nobody slept, than on the sides. So, no matras have a little stain after 8 years???? How convenient of Simmons. I bet they never pay out any claim, but are quick to dash out warrantees.

This is a matras that only one person used and protected it as far as humanly possible.

Will never buy from them again!! Be careful.
