Poor quality beds and service from Simmons SA

People beware of Simmons Mattresses. They tell you that you have an eight year warranty but that actually means that you must pay to have it repaired. It doesn't matter if the fault was a latent defect, or if they just repaired it, you still have to pay again and again.

It is outright highway *******.

Do yourselves a favour and buy another brand!!!!!
