Mattress

<p>We bought a Mattress 4 years ago, and paid Nearly R20000.00 for it. Much to our distress it now has huge holes on either side of the bed. We have had a Simmons before and bought this brand again as we have previously be very happy with our mattress. We even bought one for our holdiay home.</p> <p> </p> <p>We got the consultants out to do an inspection and we were advised that we now have to pay a further R2700 to have the repairs done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would rather have bought a different cheaper brand and replaced my mattress completely every three years for the amount of money this is now costing. It mattress and the repairs cost in the region of R23000.00</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this totally ridculous. Spending that much on a mattress that is clearly defective and now we must pay again for a repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly the quality of this product is not what is was and the consumer is being punished for defective workmanship</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
