Great service form Simmons Port Elizabeth

Dear Simmons South Africa Management, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible assistance we recently received from Joni, Allan, and Clyde. You won't believe how much your assistance helped us. we moved to PE and during our move the movers lost one of the bed legs for our Simmons bed. We were running around here in PE checking bed stores, Dial-a-bed, Bed Centre, hardware stores, Gelmar, and even online—even calling companies that manufacture furniture, all to no avail. As a last resort, I thought about emailing Simmons, and everything was sorted within a day or two. The level of customer service from Simmons is world-class and perfectly matches the premium product you sell. When I arrived, Clyde already had the full set of bed legs (including the rollers) out and was waiting for me. Our next bed will definitely be a Simmons.
