Falsy Accused

Case reference 34841- was reported to Simmons in Gauteng 22.01.15. The material is pulling from the mattress and the mattress was bought in October 2012, not even pass the three warranty yet and one experience problems already. The matter was taken to HQ in Durban, but still they accused us for hooking a mattress. This not acceptable, since I had the very same problem last year which was stated in Simmons report they have exchanged the first mattress. Now I want to take this matter further with Simmons and want to know after two inspection the mattress cannot be exchanged like first one????? I have spoken to Rub and Tub in Gauteng where the owner confirmed this is not right, he agree we need to take the matter further. <br> I truly hope Hello Peter can resolve this for us
