Extremely Disappointed – Severe Sagging and Back Pain After Just One Year | Do NOT Buy Simmons Winchester

I purchased a Simmons Winchester mattress in 2024 expecting quality and comfort from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Within a year, the mattress has developed significant sagging and is visibly misformed and uneven. You can clearly see it's no longer straight or supportive. Both my wife and I experience serious back pain after sleeping on it — the kind that leaves us stiff and sore every morning. We've tried multiple positions, but the lack of proper support makes it impossible to get restful sleep. I reached out to Simmons twice requesting a replacement due to these clear defects. They eventually sent someone out to inspect the mattress. Despite the obvious visible sagging and deformation, they claimed it was "fine" and refused to replace it. This is unacceptable for a mattress that should last much longer than one year. We are now stuck with a defective product that is causing us physical discomfort every single night. I will never buy another Simmons product again, and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid Simmons mattresses entirely. Save your money and look for a brand that actually stands behind their product with real warranty support.
