Don't trust this brand. 'Simmons Beautyrest' will flop on you and give you back pain

To be honest, reading all the reviews about the Simmons Beautyrest is unsurprising be cause I'm experiencingthe EXACT same issues regarding the mattress having dips, LITERALLY EVERWHERE. When I bought the mattress (2021) qnd noted it feels like there's a dip, I was told to rotate it, because it's still new...I weigh 58KG, and its a Queen Sized Bed, its 3 years later...you tell me how it can dip like that? I should've just gone with Sealy (which was my initial choice until I was led astray with promises of "Simmons are the original blah blah blah". I'm so disappointed. I spent so much money on it and the only thing now is figuring out how to get a different one cause i cant be experiencing back pain in my 30's, like what is that?
