(Dont') Sleeep on this!

<p>We bought a Simmond top of the line king size mattress that can with a 3-year guarantee and 12-year warranty. Maybe I am wrong but to me this means the product should last at least 15 years without any issues. It failed within 1st two years and was fixed at no charge. IT then failed again within the next two years and was replaced. The replacement has now failed in less than 2 years and I asked for a repair/replacement - however, I now have to pay a fee to have it repaired as it is now in Warranty period and not Guarantee period. It is clear that this is a faulty product if both the original and replacement failed in the same 2 year period. </p> <p> </p> <p>Simmonds have refused to waive the costs to again repair their poor product</p>
