Bad Quality and Customer Care

Unable to get hold of Simmons in Johannesburg to send somebody to inspect my Mattress. <br> <br> Bought from Dial-a-Bed. They said I must contact Simmons directly.<br> <br> Bought Simmons Argento Ultra Firm Bed 2 years ago. Now suddenly the springs starting to pop out on the sides. Sharp edges. Keep pushing them bad or just try to get them in a same position!!!<br> <br> What the hell!!! Is the quality this bad!!!! At that price!!! Shocking!!!!<br> <br> I see other posts complaining about this so unsure if my problem will be sorted!<br> <br> Other people need to know about this!!!<br> <br> Please respond SIMMONS but as I can see you do not!!!
