Bad bed

I bought a Simmons Queen Extra Length Luxury mattress (only), in June 2014. The price was R14 500 from Designer Bed, Lyndhurst Johannesburg. When I first started experiencing lower back pain after acquiring the mattress, I could not believe that this nice looking new mattress could be the cause.. When the pain persisted, I thought that perhaps I just needed to adjust. Now a full year after acquiring this mattress, the situation is becoming intolerable. I can no longer continue to sleep on the mattress. The pain starts at 2:00 in the morning and is excruciating by the time I get up.
