Terrible delivery service from Silki Skincare.

my sister and I placed our orders from Silki Skincare during the less 50% discount sale online for our birthdays. We paid and upon payment, it said that we will receive our orders within 10 days, its now day 12 and nothing, not even the tracking or delivery system works and we are told on tiktok not to ask where our orders are. I tried calling an no answer. Its either you are going to deliver my products or we go to small claims court. I will never buy from here again. You cannot violate your own terms and conditions and expect us not to ask where our orders are.
