Order #138294

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I placed my order on 23 May and it’s 2 weeks and nothing has been delivered. I sent an email on 3rd June and they rep**** on 5 June that it was in a packing queue. How can it be still be in a queue when their own policy says normal time is 3-5 days but it will be 5-10 days during busy times. The 6th of June was the 10th working day and it hadn’t been sent to the courier. This was my 5th order with them and clearly my last because they’re obviously grown so much now they don’t need us anymore.
