ONLINE DELIVERY PROCESS DELAYED - TAKES UP TO 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCTS

i have a big problem with silki delivery process. if you have an online shop and is based in cape town, delivery should take at least up to 4 days to be delivered. they will have to speed up their delivery process. i ordered products online on the 1 November 2024 and still awaiting on a tracking or an email and for my products. i emailed them and still haven't heard back from them. buying online from silki is really a waste of time.
