Faulty expired products received & biased reviews on their website

Purchased a Brightening Toner from the Silki brand online. Received a faulty product - it was a dud that had that expired cosmetic smell. I left a review on their website but they do not post any reviews unless it's 5 stars which is terribly biased. Terrible or well non-existent customer service, no one contacted me yet after over a week. Money wasted and will not reccommend.
