Disappointing Customer Service

As someone with experience in the beauty industry, I was disappointed by the poor customer service at the Silki store in Canal Walk. Despite entering with clear interest, I received no acknowledgment from the staff, who were busy chatting or on their phones. I left without making a purchase due to the lack of professionalism. This level of service does not reflect well on the brand.
