POOR SERVICE BY SignalPlus+ from ESHOWE KZN

WiFi was installed by SignalPlus+ in my apartment at a lodge. The apartment's WiFi is linked to the primary WiFi system of the lodge. The cable of ±50m linking to the main system was left above the ground for two months before it was put into an underground sleeve. The deal the lodge has with them is that five users can link to the main system, of which I am one. The lodge is paying the monthly premium, however SignalPlus+ initially claimed monthly premiums of R 1 500 from me, without me even having a contract with them. I even did not order them to install the WiFi, it was done by the lodge. The lodge is paying monthly premiums and I pay my share to them, I have no obligation to SignalPlus+. The WiFi is not working for the last month and they came to repair it. I received an invoice for ±R1 580.00, but it is still not working! After "repairing" it, they did not even check if it was working!!! The technician had a very arrogant attitude with my wife. It also came to my knowledge that the router installed is second hand equipment and not new!! I paid the initial installation cost of ±R4 600 and only have non functional WiFi to show for it. What a disgrace.
