I bought a product to boost my mobile signal only to find the product doesnt work. Its a local site but the product comes from overseas, which you only find out after you purchase. The device arrived scratched, seemed to be second hand. I have been sending emails requesting assistance which never comes, the phone number doesnt exist either.
