No response and they dishonor their 14 day money back guarantee

<p>I wanted to boost a 4G LTE signal in an area where I was not sure that it would work. I asked one of the online customer support personnel everything I needed to know in order to buy the appropriate unit. I specifically asked if I can return the unit if I could not get any signal as I was unsure if it would at all be possible. They were very helpful and told me about their 14 day money back guarantee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I proceeded and bought a 1800MHz unit together with a parabolic antenna and the package arrived and I were very impressed with the product and everything. I installed it on site and could net get any signal. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted them to arrange for return and refund on which they wanted to exchange for another unit. I kindly told them that I'm not interested in any other unit as I have very specific requirements. </p> <p> </p> <p>They were very quick to respond up to now and then just ignored me from then on. I did not trust them to refund and I thought it was just a tactic to delay and for me to go beyond the 14 days. Which indeed it was.<br /><br />Do not believe their 14 day money back guarantee, it is no guarantee at all!</p>
