HORRID ARROGANT COMPANY!

This was the most horrid excuse of an arrogant company i have ever dealt with!

I was logged into a clients machine, Busy ordering a signal booster system for them,

Myself and my client saw me selecting the correct paramaters in the configurator, MTN, Small OFFICE, VOICE and 4G! 1-3 bars!

the configurator spat out a few Options and we selected the one that HAD MTN listed as a carrier and said Voice and Data On the main Page, (and was reduced in price for the time)

We added a few Extra's (There is no option to add an internal antenna splitter for some reason, but there is an option for additional internal antenna's?)

Client made the payment, However she did not receive an confirmation Email.

I was worried so i contacted support, With an order Number and IMMEDIATELY GOT TOLD I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT!!! (My only question was actually about an invoice...)

and was quizzed the entire configurator again, (Bare in mind this is all happening on the clients machine! And we are wasting precious time of a CEO who has no Time for this Nonsense!!)

When i asked why, I was told i ordered the incorrect product, So i told the agent your website must be Broken then, as this is the recommendation the website spat out after running the configurator!

I got told Arrogantly the website is not broken..

Now having no Time to deal with this arrogance, i asked for a refund, After being upsold a unit that would fit the clients needs.(This should have been the recommended one in the First place! by the configurator, Or why waste Time!!!)

I asked AGAIN FOR A REFUND!

got told they would rather not deal with "CLIENTS LIKE ME" and the refund will be processed in 2 - 4 days!

The Audacity OF THIS COMPANY!!! I have a mind to report them to the better business bureau!

Your Support is Arrogant! Your website is misleading! and then You still get spammed with WIFI signal booster sales upon checking out!

I WILL NEVER Recommend you to anyone ever again, (As i have to multiple people in past).

Your arrogance and Upselling has lost a client and created a bad taste in my mouth!
