Utter disappointment

Utterly poor customer service. I can't even add a virtual card to Shyft and when I try to query this in the "help(less)" chat, I get the standard "We're aware of your problem and are currently looking into it" message. Don't waste your time with this app and the poor service Standard Bank has become synonymous with.
