The Support team is non-existent

I cannot login to my account to complete the verification process as I keep getting a pop-up message to say I need to contact the support team. I have tried to contact someone the past 2 months and nobody is responding to my requests. I only get a general automated email reply to say that they will check and give me feedback and then I never hear anything again.

The worst app service!
