Terrible service from Shyft

Needed a physical card for travel - contacted them on Friday via WhatsApp 3 days after ordering - some 5 hours later was told it would be delivered no later than Tuesday. Followed up on Tuesday still waiting for their follow up with delivery team 4 hours later. Needed to stay at home waiting. Tried the online chat - message not read after an hour. No option to phone and callback option doesn’t seem available. Avoid this business - customer service is really non existent. Shameful solution by Standard Bank
