Shyft is an absolutely waste of time and money

What a shock, a product that Standard Bank provides does not work. As per usual. I'm told that the Shyft app is revolutionary. So I decide to try it. I top up my dollar card with money and its says I can transact. I create a dollar virtual card and move money into it. I try make a payment and I get, "This payment was declined by your bank. Please try again, or use a different payment method. Contact your bank for further information.". Then guess what, there is no one I can call to clarify the issue. This is a Black Friday sale that I'm now going to lose out on because Shyft doesn't have it together. This app needs to be decommissioned because it's just a blatant lie. It doesn't work period. It's also likely that I can't transact because of some stupid ***** rule to stop all the imaginary ********** from taking my money and instead all it does is seriously aggravate actual customers. I'm disgusted by this app, please stop frustrating people and putting ******* products out there.
