Poor service from Shyft

very disappointing service from Shyft. I have been a client for a number of years and have now signed up for my son. He attempted to do a simple dollar transfer into the shyft account but was unsuccessful twice even though following the exact instructions from shyft. For simple transactions they are ok but for anything slightly more complex rather source other service providers.
