Poor service and functionality from Shyft.

Standard Bank Online Trading is shutting down, and now requires users to migrate across to Shyft. What an absolute disaster so far. Logging in is terrible; each time I try to login I have to complete a facial scan, which only seems to work once every 4 or 5 tries. Shyft support claim that I should not need to do a facial scan when logging in on my laptop - but they clearly have no idea what they are talking about as I am required to do this each time. When I try to login using the mobile app, I am also asked to perform a facial scan, which then returns an error, and I cannot proceed. Thank heavens I dont need to complete any trades anytime soon. Maybe its time to move across to Easy Equities.
