Money transferred to Shyft is missing

On 4 Mar I made 2 transfers from my Capitec account to Shyft. Only one of those has arrived in my Shyft Wallet. How is this even possible? Both amounts have been deducted from my Capitec Acoount. How is a business in the Standard Bank stable this cavalier with depositors' money?
