Horrible service at Standard

The worst service I have ever had as I am unable to sell my shares..I have been liasing with more than 3 consultants who cannot seem to help as I am unable to sell my shares..I must say this is a **** & I will go on all social media platforms to expose the ***** that bank is..I have been warned about it but I chose not to listen as I thought Standard Bank is a reputable company but here I am sitting with with a problem no can resolve even their technical department is unable to assist..what's worse is I was told even the branch itself is not equipped to deal with such cases of such.. That money I invested is shares which are always fluctuating so if they plummet who will pay my dividends? I have a school project of my daughter that's needs to be dealt with but now I find myself having to beg for what's mine.. I am so appalled & irate by the horrible service I am receiving but I will make bank trend as I am tired of emails sent back & forth with no positive feedback
