Do NOT get a Shyft card

We especially organised a card for our overseas trip. The money takes forever to go through and the instructions are not clear. Our money has disappeared between our FNB and Shyft. If you want to not lose money and gain grey hairs, DO NOT GET YHIS CARD. It is infuriating dealing with their staff. You will just need to look at the rest of the reviews to see how many issues others are having too. Wish I had looked at Hello Peter before getting this card.
