Bad service

I downloaded the Shyft app and ordered a card as we are going overseas. This was done on Monday 18th. I enquired on Thursday about my card as they mentioned 3 working days I would receive it. They told me I had cancelled the card. I told them I had not cancelled the card and needed it urgently. They told me they would deliver on Friday 22nd September, I waited the whole day at home and they never came. When I asked again about the delivery they told me they came and no one was home. As of Saturday 23rd September I still have not received my card and I am travelling on Sunday 24th September. I am very disappointed in this company.
