Account verified for 2 weeks

I have never come across such a horrible service I have waited for nearly 2 weeks now for my account to be active and the sad part is they wrote that it takes only 24 hours.... I have sent an email to support they told me to be patient and i am still waiting for the account verification. I cant trust them with my money they have failed from the beginning. Rudolph told me to be patient and when i did the follow up i am not getting any response from him how sick is that!!!!
